Aries is the first sign in the Zodiac and is a bold, decisive leader. No challenge is too significant for Aries, and they have a fierce determination to accomplish all they seek. Their coffee is Big Trouble, a flagship blend and top seller that utilizes coffees from some of the hardest to reach mountain regions of central and south America. Big Trouble is sure to jumpstart a day and give you the energy you need.
Taurus – Baroida
April 20–May 20
Tasting notes: molasses, golden raisin, and spice
Taurus’ are known for being earthy, romantic, graceful, and diligent. Their coffee is Baroida, one of the best coffee’s from Papua New Guinea for its impeccable quality and outstanding balance of sweet and savory flavors.
Gemini – Hologram
May 21–June 21
Tasting notes: ripe fruit and milk chocolate
Gemini is a quick-witted air sign known for having two distinct personalities; in some cases, they may be adventurous and friendly, while others are analytical and thoughtful. Their coffee is Hologram, a delicious blend of natural and washed process coffees that give a chocolatey full body with a berry sweetness.
Cancer – Gradient
June 22–July 22
Tasting notes: dark chocolate, roasted nuts, and berry
Cancer’s are known for their loyalty, imagination, strength, and empathy. Their coffee is Gradient, our newest full-body blend that delivers a sweet but rich cup.
Leo – Apollo
July 23–August 22
Tasting notes: silky, sweet, and bright
Leo’s are ruled by the sun, and known for being a social, loving friend and leader. Their coffee is Apollo, our year-round Ethiopian coffee that is naturally sweet, citrusy, and energizing.
Virgo – Valle del Santuario
August 23–September 22
Tasting notes: vanilla, plum, and chocolate
Virgo’s are known for precision, organization, thoughtfulness, and care. Their coffee is Valle Del Santuario, a lighter roasted sweet single-origin from Peru, grown at high altitudes, and emphasizing quality and environmental stewardship.
Libra – Urcunina
September 23–October 23
Tasting notes: chocolate, caramel, and dried fruit
Libra’s are known for balance, diplomacy, and aesthetically pleasing environments. Their coffee is Urcunina, a single-origin favorite from Nariño, Colombia, and brought to us via the ASPROCAES association. The model and working together in associations have strengthened communities, provided more transparency, and encouraged quality.
Scorpio – Forty-Six
October 24–November 21
Tasting notes: sweet, clean, smoky
Scorpios are known for their passion, intensity, intuition, and fiery nature. Their coffee is our darkest roasted year-round coffee, Forty-Six. It is a complex but smoky whole body coffee – often used for house espresso.
Sagittarius – Field Trip
November 22–December 21
Tasting notes: orange, raisin, brown sugar
Sagittarius’ are known for their extraverted nature, great sense of humor, and drive to explore and adventure. Naturally, our limited release Field Trip coffee spoke to this enthusiastic and daring sign.
Capricorn – Slow Motion
December 22–January 19
Tasting notes: molasses, cocoa, smooth
Capricorns are known to take their time building and concentrating on their goals. Our Slow Motion Decaf is the perfect Capricorn coffee for its meticulous focus on quality from seed to growing, to the Swiss Water decaffeination process, to roast, to your morning cup.
Aquarius – Decaf K’uyichi
January 20–February 18
Tasting notes: black cherry, dried date, molasses
Aquarius’ are known for their innovative nature, independence, and creativity. Their coffee is Decaf K’uyichi, as it is a tremendously delicious sweet single-origin decaf. The coffee is decaffeinated using the sugarcane processing method and delivers a lovely naturally sweet taste. Since Colombian coffees are decaffeinated in-country, the overall transportation distance is much shorter, reducing the carbon footprint.
Pisces – Fast Forward
February 19–March 20
Tasting notes: nutty and sweet flavors with a light body
Pisces are known for their compassion, wisdom, and musical or artistic inclinations. Their coffee is Fast Forward, a year-round classic that delivers a sweet, light, nutty, and bright cup.
